Company History

A story worth building

Years of ideas, lessons, and progress — here’s how we got here.

2020

The first product

We stopped billing by the hour and shipped something of our own. Three hundred people paid for it in the first quarter, and every one of them told us what was wrong with it.

Business Journey

The journey so far

Explore the moments, milestones, and ideas that shaped our journey.

2021

Incorporated
March 2021

Incorporated

Two founders, a laptop each and a bank account with enough in it for eight months. We gave ourselves until it ran out.

2023

The platform rewrite
February 2023

The platform rewrite

Six months of rebuilding on foundations that could take the next five years of load. Nothing visible shipped and it was the best decision we made.

2025

Series of our own
June 2025

Series of our own

We opened the second office, doubled support cover and kept the pricing where it was.

2019 Founded

It started with a complaint

Three of us had spent a decade watching good teams lose weeks to the same avoidable problem. We got tired enough of it to do something.

2021 Identity

Finding our voice

The first logo lasted eight months. The second one taught us that a brand is how you answer a support ticket, not what sits in the corner of the page.
